 We call them bologna sandwich vacations when we are able to go somewhere because we can camp on a friend's or relative's couch, and live on a loaf of bread and pound of bologna. What an incredible spate of bologna sandwich holidays we had while daughter Sonja did her PhD in Edinburgh within walking distance of the Royal Botanical Garden.
