Money Plant
Lunaria annua
Money plant or honesty is a biennial named "annua." The
coin-shaped seed pods give it one common name, and the fanciful
notion that it "grows only for an honest gardener" the other.

The seed pods are silicles, a Mustard family specialty along
with more elongated siliques -- dry, flat, many-seeded pods which
have seams along both margins.
